Who Property Pty Ltd is owned and operated Cynthia Monahan and Wayne Hack. They have been selling properties for many years with a most successful track record.  As at February, 2019, the selling success rate of Who Property is 98%.

Very Early Achievements

We've been operating for over 6 years now. Our first listing was in Menai and sold after being on the market for only 6 days.... a great start and then another property in Picnic Point sold after only just 3 days on the market.  This listing had been on the market with another agent for 4 months.  One of our new innovations attracted the buyers to the first open house and they signed a contract that weekend.







Then we ran Who Property's first auction in Oatley and sold the 2 bedroom home under the hammer for $1.27 million.
